The Associate Building Surveyor Role You will lead on a broad commercial building surveying workload, taking ownership of client relationships and project delivery across sectors including investment, retail, office and industrial.
The role blends technical delivery with genuine business development responsibility, and there is scope to develop a specialism if that suits your career direction.
Day-to-day, you will manage your own instructions from commission through to completion, mentor junior team members, and contribute to growing the Birmingham office's profile with existing and new clients.
