Our client is seeking a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work from home and operate throughout the Northeast and surrounding regions as required. You will handle a portfolio of Domestic losses up to £100,000 in value on a 'cradle-to-grave' basis without restriction.
You will be supporting clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims. These can vary in complexity, so it’s essential that you put yourself in the shoes of the policyholder, appreciate each situation differently by investigating each claim with tact and a calm manner, establishing the facts, policy details and working towards a resolution.
