Our client is seeking three Senior Subsidence Engineers to deal with a portfolio of major & complex subsidence and structural defect claims up to £1m in value. Locations of interest are Manchester, Birmingham and London.
You will be expected to visit sites to assess the damage and determine causation / policy liability. You will write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and advising with regards to the nature and extent of damage. You will also negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
Ideally, you will be MBEng, MRICS or AssocRICS (minimum) qualified.
