This is a telephone‑based financial advice role focused on helping clients with pension and retirement planning (consolidation). Your diary will be full from leads with an 80‑90% conversion rate. You build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and explain advice clearly.

You can earn up to £100,000, comprising a £50,000 salary and performance‑related bonus. There is also a wider profit‑sharing bonus scheme and a wealth‑creation/equity‑style scheme for staff.
