Responsibilities
- Handle claims/projects up to £1m in value for domestic and commercial/industrial properties.
- Oversee your own caseload of claims from start to finish after an initial visit undertaken by others.
- Assess damage and determine causation/policy liability.
- Write and submit full reports outlining findings and commenting on the nature and extent of damage.
- Negotiate with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the claim.
Qualifications
- MRICS or MCIOB qualification is ideal, though not essential.
