Our client is currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor in Glasgow, Scotland.
The Role
- Assist / undertake building and site surveys
- Compiling condition survey reports
- Producing AutoCAD drawings, both existing and proposed layouts
- Preparing schedules of works, specifications and detailed design drawings
- Assist with/ prepare documentation for tendering
- Assisting with Health and Safety matters, CDM duties, Risk Assessments etc
- Building Pathology defects diagnosis and associated remedial works
Skills / Qualifications
- BSc Hons in Building Surveying
- Aspiration to achieve MRICS status and further development
- Field experience of a general Building Surveying role advantageous, but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
