Are things not going as planned?

You love being a financial planner, but you’re at a stage in your career where you need support, access to clients, and direction. You need a business to invest in you, providing structure and resources for your development—paying a salary and providing clients, not expecting you to find them yourself.

This firm offers all of that.

This national business acquires clients from retiring advisers. Those clients need an adviser, and that adviser will be you.

You’ll join an existing team of over 40 to ensure existing clients receive excellent service, build trust, and develop new business. You’ll have access to top technology and a dedicated customer care team, focusing your time with clients, not admin.

Long-term, you’ll have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm that offers some of the best split arrangements. Three team members have already made this transition, but this is optional.

In the meantime, you’ll receive a competitive income. In year one, you’ll earn £48,750 – £50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this could increase to £53,000 annually without sales bonuses.

This remuneration package includes:

  • A starting salary of £36,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
  • A KPI/compliance bonus (focused on client care, retention, and file quality, not sales) adding £12,750 in year one and £15,000 from year two onwards

Once operational, there’s also a sales bonus for new client investments.

Training and onboarding are highly structured, having trained over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience. They’ll be great resources for you.

After induction, you can work on a hybrid basis or from home, with office visits once or twice a month.

By joining, you’ll work for a profitable, growing business with a strong staff development record, a positive environment, and excellent career pathways.

REQUIREMENTS

You should have around 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner with suitable Level 4 qualifications.

Depending on your location, you’ll be hybrid or remote, with travel to Newcastle 1-2 times a month. Ideally, you’re based in the North or Midlands.

Feel ready to realize your potential as an adviser? Click apply, and we’ll be in touch. No up-to-date CV? No worries, we can handle that later. Everyone will receive a response.
