Things haven’t quite gone to plan, have they?

You love being a financial planner, but you’re at a stage of your career where you need support. You need access to clients and guidance.

In short, you need a business to invest in you and provide the structure and resources for your development. One that pays a salary and provides clients—without expecting you to find them yourself.

This firm will do all of that.

This national business acquires clients from retiring advisers. Those clients need an adviser, and that adviser will be you.

You’ll join an existing team of over 40 to ensure ongoing excellent service for current clients. You’ll build trust, develop new business, and have access to top technology and dedicated support staff. Your time will be spent with clients, not admin.

Long-term, you’ll have the option to move into a self-employed role with a firm that offers some of the best commission splits. Three team members have already made this transition. This choice is yours.

In the meantime, you’ll receive a solid income. In year one, expect £48,750 – £50,750, excluding sales bonuses. By year two, this could rise to £53,000 annually, again excluding bonuses.

This remuneration package includes:

  • A starting salary of £36,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience)
  • A KPI/compliance bonus (focused on client care, retention, and file quality, not sales) adding £12,750 in year one and £15,000 from year two onward

Once established, there is also a sales bonus for new client investments, providing additional income.

The onboarding and training are highly structured, having trained over 30 advisers with no previous financial planning experience. They’ll be great resources for your development.

After induction, you can choose to work on a hybrid basis or from home, with office visits once or twice a month.

If you apply, you’ll join a profitable, growing company with a strong track record of staff development and a positive work environment. It offers one of the best career pathways in the industry.

WHAT YOU\’LL NEED

Approximately 2 years post-CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner with suitable Level 4 qualifications.

Depending on location, you’ll work hybrid or remotely, with travel to Newcastle 1-2 times a month. It’s ideal if you’re based in the North or Midlands.
