Job Description

It's hard to be a great financial planner without a great team behind you. A lot of firms can mention facts and figures that make an opportunity seem like the dream job. But if you have clunky processes, sloppy admin and not enough technical support to free up your time, that dream can soon turn into a nightmare. You won't have that problem with this business.Here you'll inherit £60m and associated ongoing fees. These are coming from a retiring planner and there'll be a very useful handover before they exit in Q1 2026. Your salary will be up to £80,000 and given the size of the book/ongoing fees you'll inherit you'll be a six-figure earner from year one onwards.So far so good. But the key here is the calibre of support you'll get. The business has invested heavily in technology so you'll have fully automated systems. AI and automation can be game-changing in the right hands and this company will continue to be at the forefront of developing it within the business. They have also invested heavily in their admin and paraplanning teams. The service you will get is first-class and will free up the time for you to spend doing what you enjoy – speaking with clients. The business itself has a strong reputation and has been around for years. In more recent times it has grown through small but targeted acquisitions, and remains well-funded.  HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:It's a sizable, high value client book so you'll have plenty of advice experience (5 years +). If you're Chartered that's great. If not then you'll be on your way to it.You'll have a growth mindset – both with your own development and the client book.
