Job Description

There aren't many people who enjoy uncertainty. And when it comes to your career there's nothing more uncertain than moving jobs.Add to that, at interview a lot of firms aren't exactly forthcoming about what you're walking in to. It can all be a bit vague, a bit wishy-washy.So how do you know you're making the right decision?You won't have that problem with this business.Here you'll inherit 80 clients, Β£40m and about Β£300,000 of ongoing fees. These are coming from a retiring planner and there'll be a short but very useful handover.Your salary will be up to Β£90,000 and there's a generous bonus structure – 25% on new business. Given the client book there's plenty of opportunity for you to develop and grow that book too by being thorough and diligent.The business itself is sizeable, growing and well-funded. You'll have a dedicated manager and a training department (because even senior people need support).Plus you'll have access to the firm's paraplanning and admin teams so you get to focus on what you enjoy – client work.Β Β Β Β HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:It's a sizable, high value client book so you'll have plenty of advice experience (5 years +). If you're Chartered that's great. If not then you'll be on your way to it.You'll have a growth mindset – both with your own development and the client book. There are lots of opportunity within it and you're the type of person to grasp it.You'll meet most clients when you join and a lot of these meetings take place in the office.
