Job Description
Our client is seeking a Heritage (HNW) Building Surveyor to handle a mixed portfolio of subsidence and perils (fire, flood, storm etc) HNW property damage claims up to £250,000 in value. You can be based anywhere in the UK and will work remotely, from your home office. You will be mainly concerned with the 'repair phase' and rarely get involved with front end / diagnostics etc. You will be MCIOB or MRICS qualified or by way of a minimum, you will be BSc Hons (Building Surveying). Our client is happy to promote / pay for any professional development deemed necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity, working for a market-leading Loss Adjusting organization.
