There's already plenty to build on. They were only set up a couple of years ago and they've already grown AUM to an impressive figure. With a steady flow of referrals and leads from professional connections, they're going to need an extra planner to cope with demand.
You'll work alongside the MD who set up and oversaw such impressive growth. Supported by a specialist paraplanner, you'll work with existing clients and build client numbers. As for the clients, 50% of them are from the entertainment sector, including sports stars and musicians. The other 50% are business owners/leaders.
Proposition wise you'll be independent. You’ll have a full range of solutions at your disposal e.g. VCT, EIS, mortgages and protection. Salary is up to £85,000 and there are two bonus schemes: one based on quality/values, the other on performance. Your targets will be tailored to you and agreed with you at the outset.
