Job Description

Not enough firms talk about pay journeys.And they should. Because as you develop, take on more and improve, shouldn't your salary too?At this firm it will. You'll start on cΒ£50,000 with Β£12m AUM. But by the end of year one you'll have Β£25m AUM. In the next few years you'll inherit enough to take you to Β£40m AUM and cΒ£300,000 ongoing fees.By that point, your salary will be Β£90,000. And with bonuses from initial fees you'll be a six-figure earner.Not bad, huh?Along the way you'll have the support from a sizeable, growing and well funded business.You'll have a dedicated manager and training manager. You'll have your own mentor (a senior financial planner). And you'll have the support of paraplanning and admin teams so you get to focus on what you enjoy – client work.Your clients will come from retiring advisers. These clients live across the West Midlands (Warwickshire and Worcestershire in particular) and it will be your job to look after them.The business has realistic expectations about "business development". For them it means doing a thorough, diligent job with existing clients and getting new business and referrals from them. No talk of "hunters" here.Β Β HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You will be level 4 qualified and have experience of being a financial planner.
