You will also be providing technical advice, reports, and recommendations to clients, insurers, and contractors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- MRICS / Assoc. RICS / MCIOB etc or progression towards a professional qualification
- Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role
- Practical and hands-on approach to work
