Exchange People are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to help us grow our client base. If you enjoy outbound calling, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch, we’d love to hear from you.
Working within our office in Runcorn, you’ll be joining a family business who’ve been supporting candidates and clients in the North-West and Glasgow since 1997.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to industrial businesses to introduce Exchange People
- Using an existing prospect list as well as finding and developing new opportunities
- Booking meetings and supporting the sales pipeline
- Keeping accurate notes and updates in our modern CRM system
Whilst this is initially a telesales role, there’s scope for the role to develop into a full business development role if that’s something you’re keen for.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous telesales / outbound B2B sales experience
- A confident, professional phone manner
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we’re looking for someone to become part of our tight-knit, supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week at our modern office in the Heath Business Park, Runcorn. You’ll also be getting 28 days holiday per year, an additional day’s holiday on your birthday, and pension contributions. The salary for the role is £30,000 with the opportunity to earn commission & bonus!
