Production Operatives (Nights) needed in Cumbernauld! Immediate starts available! We are looking for Production Operatives who are able to work nights to join our clients team in Cumbernauld. The role involves some manual lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Support production lines to meet daily targets and maintain workflow
- Handle materials and perform tasks that may require lifting, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
- Adhere to production schedules and operate equipment as required
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial
- Physically able to perform manual tasks and handle lifting safely
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different tasks
The job operates on Night shifts. The hours are: Sunday to Thursday. You'll be working 11pm-6am on a Sunday and then Monday to Thursday you'll be working 10pm-6am. The rate of pay is £13.49 per hour. Includes shift allowance. This is an ongoing position.
