Internal Sales Representative required in Hillington, Glasgow – £30,000 per year plus profit share.
Main duties include:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their needs. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, promoting our products, services, and current offers. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour on all phone interactions.
- New Account Development: Identify and target new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Reporting: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders processed, and appointments scheduled. Provide detailed reports on KPIs, performance metrics, and progress to the Internal Sales Manager.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage orders, appointments, and customer data accurately.
- Results-driven attitude with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The job operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The salary is £30,000 per year plus profit share.
