We’re recruiting Workshop Assemblers to help fit out the back of commercial vans with racking and storage systems. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is confident using basic tools. Our client has just won yet another huge contract! They’re getting busier each week, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with huge growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installing racking/shelving and fittings inside commercial vehicles
- Using hand tools (drills, drivers, spanners, rivet tools etc.)
- Measuring, aligning and assembling parts to a good finish
- Moving vehicles around the site when required (short distances)
Key details:
- Location: Warrington (easy access, just off the motorway)
- Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00am–4:45pm, early finish Friday
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Contract: Temp to perm
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a hands-on role (assembly, workshop, vehicle prep, joinery, maintenance, shopfitting etc.) or a strong DIY/mechanical interest
- Comfortable using hand tools and following instructions
- Manual driving licence required (to move vehicles around site)
- Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
