Overview
Sheet Metal Fabricator / TIG Welder required in Runcorn – £17.56 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal and mechanical components utilising a variety of hand and power tools. Experience in mechanical and pneumatic systems is advantageous but not required.
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, duplex and other metals as required with a proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and TIG welding.
- The role requires manual handling, standing for long periods, lifting and working with heavy materials, so candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks.
Experience and qualifications/knowledge/skills
- Apprentice trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Sheet metal/welding
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Hours
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 7am until 5pm
Pay
The rate of pay is £17.56 per hour

This is a Temporary to Permanent position
