Production Operatives required in Runcorn – £15.14–£15.74 per hour inclusive of shift allowance, with regular overtime payable up to £38.25. Our client, a leading company in the automotive hydraulic systems industry, is looking for experienced Operatives to work on site at their production facility on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn.
Duties include:
- Production, assembly and testing of automotive hydraulic systems
- Warehouse and dispatch duties
- Assisting in other departments such as Paint Shop or CNC Machine Shop
The job operates Monday to Friday on rotating shifts:
- Shift 1 – 6 am to 2 pm
- Shift 2 – 2 pm to 10 pm
- Shift 3 – 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday to Thursday)
Assessment day at the client’s site includes:
- Drugs & Alcohol test
- Practical / assembly task
- Interview
The rate of pay is £15.14–£15.74 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance (£12.75 per hour plus daily shift allowance £17.00 for 6‑2 and 2‑10 shifts, and £21.25 for each night shift). Regular overtime payable up to £37.20 is also available. This is a temporary position, with permanent opportunities.
