Job Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth management, organisation, and movement of materials and equipment both on site and from the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and organise all incoming materials and equipment
  • Prepare and distribute kits and materials to work areas based on project needs
  • Organise and manage the dispatch of courier, pallet, and installation items
  • Carry out quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure company standards are met
  • Assist with loading vans for installation jobs
  • Ensure materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and consumables
  • Support site teams by making sure materials are available when required
  • Assist with the collection, return, and inspection of tools and equipment
  • Report shortages, damages, or issues to the site supervisor or project manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction, fit‑out, or signage is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision
  • Good communication skills to liaise with site teams and suppliers
  • Physically fit and able to handle materials safely
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial but not essential
