Responsibilities
- Supporting a very large and complex litigation, including during trial
- Assisting with document management using WorkSite, HighQ and SharePoint
- Conducting research using internet and other research tools
- Bundling, including preparation of hard copy bundles and using online court bundling software
- Managing timelines and task lists
- Liaising with stakeholders, clients and/or counsel as needed
- Document review
- Proofreading
- Any other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous paralegal experience working on large commercial disputes or active case management of smaller disputes is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes, in particular Excel
- Familiarity with document management systems and online bundling services (such as Opus 2)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
