Primary Objectives

  • Provide dedicated paralegal support for a high-profile technology-related matter.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the logistics and administration of a complex disclosure process for a major technology company.
  • Assist with preparation for meetings and hearings, including compiling and updating electronic document bundles, preparing agendas and collating speaking notes.
  • Take accurate call notes.
  • Create and manage legal documents and correspondence.
  • Organise and maintain matter files on Google Documents and other systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support billing processes as required.
  • Other paralegal tasks as required by the internal team.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Law degree or other undergraduate degree (ideally 2:1 or first class honours).
  • Exposure to civil litigation/disputes, through degree / LPC / Bar Course / SQE or previous employment.
  • Previous paralegal work (or similar) in civil disputes, ideally in a large law firm.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills to take accurate call notes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment.
