Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing vacation scheme applications and coordinating events, including booking rooms, speakers, catering, and social events.
  • Maintain candidate database, update status and coordinate assessment centre logistics (booking partners, preparing timetables, ensuring rooms ready).
  • Coordinate campus ambassador recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
  • Support solicitor apprenticeship programme by managing applications, online tests and assessment centres.
  • Manage university liaison events, budgets and outcomes for career events and workshops.
  • Organise first‑year workshops, including advertising, selection and facility arrangements.
  • Handle future joiner queries, pre‑employment screening, visa coordination and onboarding finances.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including scholarship interviews and workflow.
  • Provide general administration: answering calls, invoicing and ad‑hoc duties for the Early Careers team.

Skills / Experience

  • Minimum 12 months of office experience (preferably in early careers recruitment).
  • Degree level education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in event organisation desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and achieve results.
