ERGO UK is seeking an experienced Delegated Authority Oversight Manager to strengthen governance and oversight of delegated authority arrangements. You will oversee binders, coverholders and TPAs, ensuring they operate in line with regulatory expectations and internal standards while supporting good customer outcomes.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will lead lifecycle oversight, coordinate reviews with underwriting, compliance and capacity providers, and represent ERGO UK in market.
