Location: London (Hybrid) - 2 days in the office

Role Purpose: We are looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape reporting, insight and decision-making in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer insurance environment. You will play a key role in turning data into meaningful insight across the full customer journey, helping the business make smarter decisions, improve customer outcomes and drive performance.

Responsibility

  • Design, build and maintain dashboards, MI and reporting outputs using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide actionable insight across the end-to-end customer journey, including quote, purchase, servicing and claims.
  • Support stakeholders across product, pricing, growth, operations, finance, compliance and data teams with high-quality reporting and analysis.
  • Identify trends, performance drivers, customer behaviours and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Contribute to data governance, reporting quality, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support innovation through automation, analytics and the use of tools such as Microsoft Fabric.

What you will bring

  • Strong Power BI skills with experience creating dashboards, reports and business insight.
  • Experience in BI, analytics or reporting roles, ideally within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable insight.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data models, Microsoft Fabric or related analytics tools would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach, with strong attention to detail.
