Location: Skelmersdale | Pay: £12.37 (non-qualified) – £13.50/hr (qualified) + £60 sleep-in | Shifts: 2 on / 4 off

Working with young people from complex backgrounds—including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), high-risk challenging behaviour, and learning/behavioural challenges—you will deliver high-quality, compassionate support that meets their unique needs.

Your role: As a Residential Child Care Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive, dedicated team, creating a safe, loving, and stable home for young people. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, become someone they can count on, and support their emotional, physical, and practical needs every day. You’ll work closely with professionals and agencies to ensure each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.
