Working with young people from complex backgrounds—including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), high-risk challenging behaviour, and learning/behavioural challenges—you will deliver high-quality, compassionate support that meets their unique needs.

About The Role:
Your role: As a Residential Child Care Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive, dedicated team, creating a safe, loving, and stable home for young people. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, become someone they can count on, and support their emotional, physical, and practical needs every day.
You’ll work closely with professionals and agencies to ensure each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to be the positive influence that helps shape a brighter future.
