About the role

In this role, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of home management, take the lead on shift leadership, delegate tasks, ensure records and care plans meet high standards, lead care planning and reviews, ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations, manage staff inductions, supervisions, and appraisals, champion young people, liaise with professionals and agencies, manage on‑call duties and uphold company policies.

What We’re Looking For – Required Criteria

• Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Desired Criteria

• Experience in a senior role within a children\’s residential setting
• Driving licence

Contract and Salary

Full time • £39,440.00 yearly • Pay: £15.50/hr + £60 sleep‑in • Shifts: 2 on / 4 off
