Salary: up to £70,000 (Total reward package)
- Welcome Bonus – £5,000 (On completion of probation & OFSTED registration acceptance)
- Occupancy Bonus – paid monthly, up to £5,000 pa – based on occupancy/quality
- Longevity reward – £5,000 upon 3 years of service
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and dedicated Registered Manager to manage a home in a unique setting during a period of real company growth. We will give you all the support you need to lead and develop your team to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences. There’s a great package on offer, you’ll be rewarded appropriately for the amazing work you do. We offer development opportunities to all managers to progress to Senior Manager level. Exceptional Care believes that consistency in care is paramount to children/young people with complex needs; to this end we are committed to developing and maintaining good communicative relationships with the child/young person.
Required Minimum Criteria
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting dealing with children with complex needs at senior level (You could be an outstanding Deputy Manager looking for progression).
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
Desired Criteria
- Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
- Previous Ofsted rating of GOOD or Outstanding
