Children\’s Registered Home Manager – Leyland, Preston
Location: Exceptional Care Ltd, Malthouse Business Centre, 48 Southport Road
Salary: Up to £70,000 (Total reward package)
Welcome Bonus: £5,000 (On completion of probation & OFSTED registration acceptance)
Occupancy Bonus – paid monthly, up to £5,000 pa – based on occupancy/quality
Longevity reward: £5,000 upon 3 years of service
Hours: Mon – Friday 9am to 5pm

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting dealing with children with complex needs at senior level (You could be an outstanding Deputy Manager looking for progression).
- Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
Desired Criteria
- Level 5 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
- Previous Ofsted rating of GOOD or Outstanding
