As Team Leader, you'll lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day operations. You'll act as the link to management, conduct supervisions, and step in as Key Worker when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead shifts and maintain high standards of care
- Support care planning, assessments, and reviews
- Organise activities and outings for young people
- Work with external professionals and agencies
- Ensure accurate records and oversee documentation
- Promote best practice in line with policies and SOP
