Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Asfordby for a Sales Support Coordinator. In this position, you will assist the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer orders from receipt of purchase order through to production, including order confirmations, proforma invoicing, artwork coordination, customer approvals and internal communication with both design and production teams.
  • Contributing to ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with production, logistics, and design teams to deliver quality products within deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in managing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in administrative assistance and maintaining accurate, organised records and schedules.
  • Proficiency in using office software is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales support or a related role is advantageous.
