This is a full-time, on-site role located in Asfordby for a Sales Support Coordinator. In this position, you will assist the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders from receipt of purchase order through to production, including order confirmations, proforma invoicing, artwork coordination, customer approvals and internal communication with both design and production teams.
- Contributing to ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating with production, logistics, and design teams to deliver quality products within deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in managing day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance and maintaining accurate, organised records and schedules.
- Proficiency in using office software is essential.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work effectively in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
