The Role of Project Manager
Due to expansion with e Xcent UK Ltd, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our fast paced team.
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of customer projects from quote approval through to delivery.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring information is traceable, requirements are clearly defined, and objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Define and formalise customer requirements once tender is completed by tender team to launch project kick-off.
- Plan, organise, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and schedules, identifying and resolving variances.
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Manage purchasing processes in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure contractual compliance, project safety, and adherence to QSE standards.
- Lead project reviews, assess technical and financial outcomes, and implement improvements.
- Support and guide the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
