Excelsis are looking for a committed, reliable, personable, hardworking and flexible team player to work as a cook/chef for our Golf Club Client based outside Hereford. The suitable candidate should be able to prepare and cook a wide variety of meals from sandwiches to Sunday Carvery. Experience of working in a busy kitchen/bar environment with multiple roles is essential. You will also be responsible for cellar management. The candidate must also be able to work in the bar and restaurant with front of house skills, working weekends on a rota basis.
