Our client specializes in providing efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective near-shore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services to the world\\\’s largest financial institutions. The Opportunity
Our client\\\’s business unit thrives on innovation and delivering exceptional quality. They focus on serving the KYC, AML, Compliance & Risk departments of major global financial institutions through transformation projects, remediation programs, and highly qualified team augmentation. With an ambitious growth plan and a new expansion strategy underway, this role is critical to their continued success. As a Sales Director, you will be instrumental in scaling the business, leveraging your expertise to secure new client partnerships and expand the company\\\’s global footprint. You will be joining a culture that values high levels of efficiency, performance, and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives for FinCrime Managed Services across global markets to both new and existing clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of near-shore BPO services for KYC, AML, and compliance functions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within financial institutions (banks, asset managers and/or insurance companies etc).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to put together strong commercial bids.
About You
- You are an experienced and proven sales professional with a strong track record in selling services (consultancy, managed services, BPO etc) and/or enterprise technology solutions to financial institutions.
- Ideally you possess domain knowledge of FinCrime, specifically KYC, AML, compliance, and credit risk management etc.
- You are a self-starter, capable of working independently within a small, agile sales team to make a significant impact.
