The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will work closely with the Head of Department and senior leaders to develop curriculum, pedagogy and assessment, ensuring that all pupils, including the most disadvantaged, achieve highly. The ideal candidate will bring Business Studies to life through engaging, real-world and aspirational learning experiences that prepare pupils for further study and employment.

This is a key role for an exceptional classroom practitioner with a passion for Business education and a strong commitment to improving the quality of teaching and learning, both within the Business curriculum and across the Academy. The successful candidate will combine strong subject expertise with the ability to model highly effective practice and support colleagues through coaching and professional development. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their commitment to children’s safeguarding. All successful appointments will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and a range of other pre-employment recruitment checks.
