Location & Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Salary

£32,049 per annum (Scale 4, Point 7)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on transition planning for students with SEND and coordinate Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support post‑16 pathways and build relationships with families and external agencies.
  • Provide hands‑on learning support in the classroom under the direction of experienced teaching staff.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with young people with complex barriers to learning.
  • Strong knowledge of SEND and transition frameworks.
  • Confidence to engage with students, staff, families and external partners.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
