Salary
£32,049 per annum (Scale 4, Point 7)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on transition planning for students with SEND and coordinate Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support post‑16 pathways and build relationships with families and external agencies.
- Provide hands‑on learning support in the classroom under the direction of experienced teaching staff.
Key Requirements
- Experience working with young people with complex barriers to learning.
- Strong knowledge of SEND and transition frameworks.
- Confidence to engage with students, staff, families and external partners.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
