The Workplace Technologies Support Project Manager is a highly visible role that requires commitment to providing a high-quality service to meet customer demand. The WTS Project Manager will facilitate any project scope required by the client, including the relocation of user IT equipment in the UK and Europe. The position is very hands-on with a strong focus on the customers' requirements, activity coordination, system implementation, resource provisioning, statistics, asset management, financial justifications, documentation preparation, health and safety and service delivery.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with a sound understanding of moves, adds and changes, IT infrastructure, database, and project management.

Please note: This role will be based on a primary location of the customer offices at Canary Wharf in London, however extensive travel will also be required across the EMEA region (Customer sites).

What you’ll be doing as our Workplace Technologies Support Project Manager:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end projects across IT, AV, and structured cabling environments, including Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) and decommissioning activities.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and health.
