The Role

As a Junior SDR, you will be trained to identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and email outreach. This is a phone-focused, office-based role, and you will be supported with full training, scripts and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, spending 2+ hours per day on the phone
  • Send follow-up emails and manage responses
  • Ask structured questions to understand customer needs
  • Accurately record call notes, outcomes and data in the CRM system
  • Carry out data entry and maintain clean, organised records
  • Book meetings and pass qualified leads to the sales team
  • Learn Excelothene's products, markets and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, clear communicator (phone confidence is essential)
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
  • Willing to learn and take feedback
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Fully comfortable using IT systems, CRM tools and email
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Sales experience is not required – full training provided

Location & Working Pattern

Fully office-based role. Applicants must be within reasonable driving distance of Witney, Oxfordshire.
