Your Role as Senior Contracts Manager:
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Oversee programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
As a Senior Contracts Manager, You Will Have:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within the fit-out / refurbishment / interiors sector
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out projects
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to sites across London and the South East
Package & Benefits:
- £75,000 – £95,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
