A growing, family-run electrical contractor is looking for an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of multiple ongoing projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a smaller business where they can genuinely make a difference and become a key part of the team.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator or project co-ordinator with strong IT skills who is confident managing multiple tasks, communicating with engineers and clients, and keeping projects organised behind the scenes. The position will initially be around 3 days per week with flexibility on working days and hours.
The company delivers electrical projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors and is looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organised to help support the continued growth of the business.
The Role- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple live projects
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling engineers, labour, and materials
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, progress reports, and project records
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Support with procurement, timesheets, and general project administration
- Ensure all project information is accurate and up to date
- Previous experience within a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator, or Office Co-ordinator role
- Strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Part-time role – approximately 3 days per week
