A well-established building services contractor is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on on site and taking full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages across commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
You’ll be working on multiple live sites, managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all mechanical works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. The company delivers a range of mechanical building services projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors, with a strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across mechanical packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and site activities
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Attend site and client meetings, providing progress updates
- Ensure all health & safety standards and RAMS are adhered to
- Manage quality control and resolve on-site issues as they arise
The Person
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within building services or M&E contracting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Hands-on approach with strong site management experience
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and coordination
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive site performance
