The Role – Window Fitters:
- Carry out replacement window installations in occupied council properties
- Work as part of a 2-man fitting team
- Typical output of 3 units per fitter per day
- Most houses completed over 2 days
- Long-term, repeat work with a consistent programme
Pay & Earnings:
- £60 per unit
- £5 per internal board
- £65 per door
Realistic Daily Earnings (per team):
- 6 units per day = £390 per team / £195 per fitter
- 7 units per day = £455 per team / £227.50 per fitter
- 8 units per day = £520 per team / £260 per fitter
Consistent work means strong and reliable weekly earnings for efficient teams.
