As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Directors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be given autonomy to manage your workload, while being part of a supportive, close-knit team. Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and looking for long-term stability with flexibility.
Your Role as a Personal Assistant:
- Managing the Director’s diary, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming calls and responding to client enquiries
- Organising documents, files, and company records
- Assisting with invoicing, timesheets, and basic admin tasks
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Supporting general office operations and ad hoc duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a PA, Administrator, or Office Support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
