Step into a key role within an ambitious and growing Facilities Management business backed by one of London's largest and most established construction groups. Following the launch of a new FM division, the business is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work closely with the Managing Director and play a major role in developing and growing the division.

This is far more than a traditional Account Manager position. As an Account Manager, you will become the MD's right-hand person, taking ownership of key client accounts, supporting day-to-day operations and helping implement the structure, processes and standards required to build a successful FM business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager who wants genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to progress into a senior leadership position as the division grows.

Your Role As An Account Manager Will Include:

  • Managing and developing key Facilities Management client accounts
  • Overseeing the delivery of Hard FM / M&E services
  • Working directly alongside the Managing Director to develop the new FM division
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day operational and account management responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing client accounts
  • Supporting the wider commercial and operational strategy of the FM division

The Successful Account Manager Will Have:

  • Proven experience within Facilities Management, Hard FM, M&E or a closely related technical environment
  • Previous Account Management / Contract Management experience
  • Strong technical understanding of Hard FM / M&E services
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of client relationships
  • A genuine interest in helping to build and develop a growing FM business
