A growing, family-run water treatment business is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Manager to lead the delivery of closed system and commissioning projects. You’ll have the chance to manage multiple projects, supported by a skilled team of engineers, with scope to influence the business as it continues to expand.

The Role

  • Take full ownership of closed system projects from initial planning to completion
  • Produce RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and project progress reports
  • Manage pricing, quoting, and project budgets
  • Oversee and support site engineers on commissioning works
  • Supervise chemical cleaning, chlorine dosing, system dosing, flushing & balancing, water tank replacements, and ball valve replacements
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations while maintaining quality

The Person

  • Strong background in water treatment, specifically closed systems
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Confident producing RAMS and pricing work
  • Technical knowledge of commissioning processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
