Are you confident, outgoing, and someone who can build rapport naturally with people? Looking for a sales role where the culture is just as important as the earning potential?

We are working with one of the UK’s leading property companies who are continuing to grow their vibrant City of London team. They are now looking to hire 3 Sales Executives to join a fast-paced, energetic environment where personality and attitude matter far more than property experience.

This is not a cold-calling, corporate sales environment. You’ll be speaking with warm enquiries and existing quotes, helping customers through the process, building relationships, and delivering a great experience from start to finish.

The company has a young, ambitious, and social culture with regular pub trips, lunches, incentives, glamping festivals, team nights out, and genuine progression opportunities for people who want to grow.

If you’re naturally confident, can hold a conversation, and enjoy working around driven, sociable people, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Role as a Sales Executive:

  • Speaking with customers regarding existing property enquiries and quotes
  • Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing enquiries and guiding customers through the sales process
  • Working closely with a high-energy sales team in a fast-moving environment
  • Achieving targets and earning uncapped commission

As a Sales Executive, You Will Have:

  • Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, estate agency, or phone-based experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a confident personality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to build rapport and hold natural conversations
  • Drive, ambition, and a team-focused mentality
