Great opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join an ambitious and growing company who are dominating the commercial sector! Deliver large-scale projects and provide specialist skills with key projects within the commercial fit-out/construction industry.

As the Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations, team management, and ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. You’ll work with an established client base focusing on commercial clients on projects in Southeast London/Kent. Long term you’ll see constant benefits and rewards for your hard work.

Your Role As A Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager Will Include:

  1. Develop project plans, oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  2. Manage the construction process from start to finish ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with project timelines.
  3. Oversee and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, etc.

As A Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager You Will Have:

  1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in design and build construction.
  2. Track record of delivering commercial projects.
  3. Experience with high-value projects over £1 million.
  4. Commutable to Bromley.
